The Clinton Township Republican Club will host “A Evening with State Senator Michael J Doherty” on Tuesday, March 16th at 7:30 pm at the Sunset Inn at 1831 Route 31 South.

 

Senator Doherty will discuss actions being taken under our new Governor Chris Christie regarding the dire condition of our NJ economy, state budget deficits and the recent passage (36-0) of Senate Bill S3 of which Senator Doherty was the primary sponsor. Senate Bill S3 focuses on changes to health care benefits for public employees and certain retirees.

 

The event is open to the public. It provides a chance for people to meet Senator Doherty, get involved and learn the truth about what is happening in our state. It is also an opportunity to meet fellow citizens and to discuss local issues that are important to us all.
