Fairways Open Board Meeting (rescheduled)

On September 9th, t  he Board of Trustees plans to adopt several new policy resolutions regarding the following:
- Use and storage of LP (Liquid Propane) grills/tanks & cooking equipment, charcoal grills and open-flame devices at Fairways at Beaver Brook
- Parking Procedures
- Board of Trustees "Code of Conduct"
- A System of Covenants Enforcement (updated fines schedule)
- Due Process Procedures
- Collection of Delinquent Assessments
The Board will also will ratify appointment of a new Board member to fill a vacated seat expiring in December 2010. All homeowners are invited to attend this important meeting.
