PASSPORT FEES ARE GOING UP - HUNTERDON COUNTY CLERK MELFI HAS EXTENDED HOURS

Have you been putting off getting a passport? We may be able to provide the incentive to get it done now.  The US Department of State has published a notice of a request for an increase of fees. The proposed fees were published in the Federal Register on February 9, 2010 for a 30 day public comment period. If approved, price increases will likely occur in late spring.

Step into an enchanted world when the Clinton Township Middle School Drama Club presents two performances of “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 12 and at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 13. The shows will be held in the school’s new 600-seat theatre, located at 34 Grayrock Road.  All tickets are $8 and seating is reserved. State senator to talk about NJ economy and budget
Tuesday, March 16th, 7:30 pm at Sunset Inn on Route 31 south
State Senator Michael Doherty will talk about the state’s economy, budget deficits and a pending bill that would change health care benefits for public employees at a program sponsored by the Clinton Township Republican Club.  The program is free and open to everyone. Trash Pickup: Monday and Thursday.
Service provided by Raritan Valley Disposal.
 
Keep Fairways Clean. Anchor your recyclables on windy days, or wait until the next pickup date to avoid having your recycling blow all over the community. Return containers promptly and store them inside your garage.
