		Beaver Brook Beaver Brook is a Planned Unit Development of 700+ homes located in scenic Annandale, New Jersey. Beaver Brook is sub-divided into six distinct villages (map) and each is independently managed by a professional management company. 		Where Are We? Located in the scenic Annandale section of Clinton Township - The Fairways at Beaver Brook is just a short walk from historic Clinton featuring a vibrant Main Street with coffee shops, fine restaurants, art and antique galleries, bookstore, pet shop, ice cream parlor, and an old-fashioned 5-and-10-cents store.  Nearby is the famous Old Red Mill landmark with its huge waterwheel, built in 1810, now serving as the Hunterdon Historical Museum.
*Note: Ingersoll-Rand, the retail building, the concourse office building, Beaver Brook Country Club and Golf Course are all independent commercial enterprises and have minimal relationships with the condominium associations. Alton Place condominium resides in the town of Clinton and is therefore not part of Beaver Brook.
